Bro I can help u all it is very to fix this error just follow these steps

1. Go to this location C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\BlockmanGo\client\Media
2. Here you can see a file named engineVersion.json
3. Open it with NotePad
4. Here you will see a code which will be this "engineVersion": 10096
5. Just here you have to change this number 10096 to 10098
6. Quit the notepad after saving Open Bockman go web and enjoy
