Whenever I join the bedwars lobby, nothing loads in except blocks and I spawn under the map, fall in the void, and spawn under the map again

@LegendMighty300 yeah but I can't run bluestack because my computer is a potato

I'm using windows 8.1

So I was downloading Blockman GO on pc, but when I loaded into Bedwars, it gave me an error saying

[1]File is missing, please reinstall or clean up game cache and map cache

gui.exit.game

I don't know whats wrong with my client but I tried reinstalling the client and resetting my pc but it didn't work.

@agendaaa2 well never mind cuz my next mvp+ gcubes reward is coming up

But the credit card won't work and it won't allow me to take a ss about the error

I had 300 gcubes and today it's gone it said I did a Google refund even though I didn't not!
