There isn't such option to change "name" on website of blockman go. You will either have to use blockman go in your mobile phone or you will have to use android app of blockman go in your computer via emulator.

Please upload the client.log and old_engine_pc.log under C:\blockmango-client\client\document and if the issues still occurs upload client.log & old_engine_pc.log in the replies it helps BG Officials to trace the error and fix it ASAP.

PC Blockman Go has lower version compared to mobile version's. So due to some reasons PC players arent able to play with mobile players who updated BG recently. I guess Please wait for PC Blockman GO to get updated!
