When i log into the bg website, a message come up saying 'this service is unavailable, please try again later', and as a result of this i can not see any friends or clan members

This has been happening for a few week now

@Rishu23 hello, there is no document in the client folder

i have reinstalled bg launcher and issue is still there

Everytime i try and open a game on my pc, it only downloads to about 64% and then restart the downlad process

please help
