BG website not working

When i log into the bg website, a message come up saying 'this service is unavailable, please try again later', and as a result of this i can not see any friends or clan members
This has been happening for a few week now

@2244794784 Hi, can you upload the client.log and old_engine_pc.log under C:\blockmango-client\client\document, launcher.log under C:\blockmango-client\launcher
Upload these three files to other website and share the link to us.We need to compare and check why this happen. Thanks

That USE to happen to me but in mobile

for me website works but game crashes when it responds after it wont respond
pls fix this problem i miss playing it on pc
game was working on pc before without any problems
now it crashes everytime i open it
