@JanaForum we made a mistake with my wife, in the question "What's the email of the account?" she put the current email (the one that will receive the password) (so both questions answered with the same email) instead of didntputany@gmail.com ... we attached everything including the receipts and our last purchase, would that wrong answer affect? there was no email linked with our sons account
