i cant get up my cursor and cant build up

when i go into a shop in bedwars, i dont have a cursor and i cannot place blocks under me when i jump. is this just a glitch or intended?

Hello,
You will need to use the ~ key to get the cursor.
You will need to use the right mouse button in order to place blocks.
Note: You can change these key settings by clicking on the Settings icon on top, then click on Key Settings and change the button for any work of your choice.
