Ok So First of all i want this to be added in bg For The Sake Of Victimed Of Scams Especially Me,So What i Want is Add A Fragment Exchange Tingy So This is How It Works.
Example:
i wanna Trade My MVP Level 1 for 1k Keys level 1,Now I Will Post In The Section Of FragMent Exchange Now If I Post It I must Put My offer amd the Fragment I will Trade for. Now When One of Players See it Then He Want my Offer..i already gived mine but anyone cant claim it only me..Now He/She Must Put My Offer Before We Both Can Claim it So The Scam Percentage Will Go Down Thats all i want
