el juego se cierra automaticamente cuando inicia, al parecer el juego se confunde y no detecta que tengo el launcher instalado / the game closes automatically when it starts, apparently the game is confused and does not detect that I have the launcher installed

Did you download from the official website? Or playstore? If this trouble is still going on I would suggest maybe playing through an emulator? Like BlueStacks
