Enhancing Bedwars Runes

This Should be added to Bedwars, Enhancing runes will take 10 Exp from your levels to combine Runes to make a Lv.2 Or Lv.3 Runes. You Would Need A Rune To combine If its Lv.2 And Combine it with another Lv.2 Rune it will make into a lv.3 Rune,
Or If I Have Leeching Lv.1 And Combine It with another Leeching Lv.1 Will Create a Lv. 2 Leeching.
