I cannot join my friend's party or make a party.

For some reason, each time i create a party it automatically closes while for the friend's party problem, i cannot join no matter how many times i click join. I am on PC and my friends are on mobile. I used to join parties easily but now i can't even join parties even when different friends make it. I also cannot play games even if i give permission to launch (minimum problem for me). Any way i can fix these?
