BUG DOES NOT EXIT THE LOADING SCREEN (IN ALL GAMES)

basically this screen does not leave it stays for about 9 seconds and then closes by itself I don't know if it's my pc that is weak or something

mine also it is maybe preparing resources or you have ilegal hacks like speed hack or your pc is slow and weak
