I have receive email just now saying my information is no match, when my account is been hack, i have no setting for email and security question at that time, i just only have prove for the top up records. The hacker has put email and security question after hacked my account. Is that still possible for me to get back my account?

Important things u should know about recovering your account:
1.Fill the form: https://forms.gle/aJSCLSeoUHZ1SGL98
