How do i refund this? the 1,300₱ and 260₱ was purchased by my nephew by accident the 260₱ is refunded but the 1,300₱ isn't, can someone help. i tried to request refund on google play support but they refuse and suggest to contact the developers.

@RenzFurry You can go to pay.google.com or the Gmail you received & click on refund policy, it will take you to a page of the refund policy & there's an option/button to request a refund. Click the button and the assistant there should guide you through what item/product you have purchased from Blockman Go that you would like to refund.
