I wasn't online for about a year as I had studies and now when I came back to this account, all the progress I made in 'Trainer Arena' was gone.. Please is there anyway I can get my pets back I grinded almost 5 months for them

Enter blockmango > account recovery > enter your id > choose one of the options > fill the form properly and submit account recovery
Or change it with security questions/email.

BG Version - (When I used to play on that account 1 year ago on pc so that version idk name as it was in pc. But the version on which I found that my account got reset was 2.36.3.)
OS Version - 22H2
OS - WindowsReport Description : I played on that acc for almost 3-5 months as I had interest in a game called trainers arena.. I played on it, grinded on it, was one of the strongest.. then I had to stop for studies.. now 1 year later when I logged on into the game, everything got reset.. like all the progress I made was gone and I was back to stage one.. that's the problem.
Video - Even if I send a video, will it help as to understand it you will need a photo or something from 1 year ago too which I don't have.
