Enter blockmango > account recovery > enter your id > choose one of the options > fill the form properly and submit account recovery
Or change it with security questions/email.

@GreenDino I already filled all the form but I'm not sure about birthday because it can be changed by a hacker . I also filled 5 Google play order receipt code. ID :3586555520
