There's an option to blacklist/unfriend the person if it's bothering you in any way that unfriends the user & removes the conversation with them. If it's in a group chat or clan, the best option is to quit them too if the situation is occurring there.
In the meanwhile, you can report the user if he/she is breaking the rules with the ID of the user (can be found in their profile) with screenshots or video as proof in either the Discord Server or this website.
