"My pain is constant and sharp" !ERROR SKY BLOCK!

I also have an App that doesn't work... The Heavenly Block just doesn't come in, First it writes that it didn't download something, and then When it comes in 2 or 3 times, it lags and pours out please fix this error.. I'm doing as you said alt+Shift+esc doesn't help! What should I do?
