Fake Rishu?

So today I was recruiting some family members and I got Rishu23! but he was asking for gf -_- he had golden frame and cool skins. But when I searched Rishu23 I get Rishu with ID (11377312) but the one who was looking for gf is ID. 4060945840. When you search the ID then only that account comes.. Does Rishu have two account with same name or someone using bug?? Proof : https://ibb.co/7n8HJ24

@RexVexPlayz Please do not believe anyone that quick, Please remember that Rishu23 has a color name and If you see anyone who's wearing his name but without a color name, Then his a fraud.
