*PLEASE HELP* Incorrect password

I didn't play BG for 3 - 4 months but now when I was back and tried to login it said "Incorrect password" Then when I created alt account and searched my username it said "User dont exit". I haven't bonded my email and security question is not working. Please help me ASAP

@BFLHARIZ I dont share information about my account with others.
Edit: I joined my own old clan with my alt. When I search my username my account is not appearing in search list but when I search my id and display name it is working. I didn't change my pasword. Please help me get my account back

@RexVexPlayz Can you show the error in a screenshot? This problem might be fixed with a better connection, restart app, or un-installing & re-installing BG again. (You can also try turning on & off airplane mode if it's the connection that has problems)

Okay I will send soon but I can't submit Google order number because I dont have one and yeah the birthday I set it to 3 year old for fun and I dont remember date -_-. I also dont remember by last login date but my account says 1 month ago. What to do?
In my opinion, is there someone who can access account without password or recover it for me? I can say every data and skins I own in bed wars. (if it is possible)

I filled the Account recovery I filled Username,old password,friend name&I'd, Google order number,I Couldn't remember the date
I tried 7 Times Sending it but it keep saying
