Hi dear admins, developers, can you help me to get my friend the old account? He hacked at 2020 summer, she dont gived someone password, but someone (russian player) hacked her account. She dont have safety!But the hacker created safety! Can you reset the password and safety? The hacked account id:108710128

hi,how can i open my old acc because i accidently forgot to answer the safety question and i forgot to fill up the email before my phone got reset cause it break then when i open it and download the app it didn't save the acc (like 2019 or 2020 i didn't know that it can't save when 2019 or 2020) then i just make another acc.but i wanna open my old acc plsss help.advance thank you.
