I lost my account

I lost my account DragonBlockManGo and someone is using it and changed the password. I can't do the e-mail and the security questions and the account appeal won't work someone please help.

@LegendMighty300 I know but during October when my account was still taken I log on a random party made from that account friend then it worked the new account changed to old
