1 year ago I stop playing game but now when I start playing I lost all my account. I also forget I'd .there is any way I can know my I'd .I know it's password only

Do you have some any other account binded to it? If yes, don't use the sandbox login method, use the Google/Facebook/Twitter login method instead
If you tried the method stated above and it still doesn't work, try using the in-app recovery form.
