Skyblock not responding PC

Please help all other games are working fine like Bed Wars, Trainers Arena and almost every other game are working fine. But skyblock just doesn't respond and crashes.

same here, skyblock just autoshuts down, i only play on pc aswell

Hi, @facebook4370145 @diemandie76 @Brianww , I have found a solution of your problems, If it works, Please kindly inform me!
Step 1: When the game is loading, Press ctrl+shift+esc all together to open up task manager
Step 2: Then right click the blockmango task
(I WILL BE USING CHROME AS AN EXAMPLE)
Hover The cursor over the "Resource values" option , you will see three more options : Memory, disk and network.
Now you must hover the cursor over memory, you will find two options: Percents and values.
Left click on values
Do the same for disk and network (select the option and then left click on values)
Then close task manager. If you hear the game music, it means that the trick has worked!Note: YOU MUST DO ALL THIS, WHILE YOU'RE IN-GAME OR IN OTHER WORDS, WHILE THE GAME SCREEN IS STARTING TO LOAD

The reason why skyblock dosent work is with the new vip levels
im a vip 3 but it dosent show on bedwars pc but it shows on mobile.
this somehow can disrupt skyblock pc players and crash their skyblock game.
