Problem still not fixed of coin and b cubes

Hey my problem is not fixed as I said I got token after update but there was a mail inbox blockman go saying you get 200b cubes and 8000 coins but after update b cubes and coins were removed so when I clicked it,showed me that yes you got but where no option for coins and b cube then I should get it as token I want it
