I need help when i downloaded new bg and tried to log on it says my account doesn 't exist. What can i do? (I filled recoverz form)

today and i know my id but dont know password and it dont send my email.

I lost my account three times. First one said wrong password. The second one also said wrong pass word, when i didn't change it. i tried to log in by writing my name and it said " account doesn't exist" i answered the faqs and the application but nothing happened. Bro make a new account and start again.

@Werti222 Then I guess you should make a new account. I still haven't got my account back and it has been 3 months.

@Werti222 Then i will probably say it is either hacked or their is a problem with the account. I suspect both of my accounts were hacked because nothing ever happened. I tried every single password i remembered.

@Werti222 u will receive a reply in 10 to 14 days however if u don't receive a reply in 10 to 14 days that means u haven't filled the form with enough information which means the account will not be recovered and u will have to fill the form again with more information
