@babi777lol Hi there, u can find the account recovery form by following these steps:
(1) Go to "Setting" and select "Account Switch". Then select "Add account"
(2) If you are already in log in page, select "Account Recovery" below the lower right corner of "Log in" option.
(3) Select "Forget password" and select the account that u lost or select "Can't find corresponding ID?" and enter the ID of ur lost account if it doesn't show the account that u lost.
(4) U will see three options there: By email, By security questions and None of the above works. If u remember the answer of ur security questions or u have ur bound email, you can choose the first or second options. U will need to set up a new password after that.
(5) If you lost the bound email or forget the answer of the security questions, u can only choose the last option, which is the recovery form. U need to fill in as much information as u can. It is recommended to provide top up receipts. U may need to wait for a moment for the account recovery.
