Why is the game crashing everytime I open it to play some games?

I was about to play block and shoot when suddenly, my game crashed. I tried again and it keeps crashing and I don't know what to do! How do I resolve this issue?

Hi there, if the game keeps crashing, you may try to refresh the BG app or clean cache.
For refreshing the BG app, just refresh it like other apps as usual and reopen it again.
For cleaning cache,
(1) Go to Setting and select "Storage space management"
(2) You will see three options: Game resource, Cache and Automatic cleanup. You can select "Cache" for cleaning cache once or "Automatic cleanup" if you don't want to clean cache in the future.

Here's some of my specs just for more info:
Processer
Intel Core i3 2nd gen (2009)Graphics card
Intel HD graphics 3000 (2016)RAM
8GB of ram (7.88GB being used)(It's pretty old)

But how do I do that? I don't know what settings yall talking about. Try to be specific.
