My account was lost

My account was lost i could log in, in my other phone but when my phone broke i used another phone to log in , at first it said account dosent exist but then it said wrong password.I tried to do the recovery account form but it put the wrong id it said the id of my 2nd account but it dosent say the id of my main account please help me Blockman Go admins i dont want to loose my hard work on the account.

Thank you @Sanyam_Gamer my account was recovered by my brother.
But when I log in the account on pc it takes me to Gerena Blockman Go,
if I try on phone, it says game doesn't match current version or something please can you tell me how I can play on normal Blockman Go

something happened to me but it was back when it was when you had to sign in using your ID but then it didn't have a password wither so I can't log back in it now or even get back into the account from the original device
