Blockman Go not working on pc.

Whenever I try opening Blockman Go, it gets stuck at the "Blockman Go client is starting" phase.
I tried un-installing and re-installing already, but that didn't work. If you have any ideas of what I should do, please tell me as I would love to play Blockman Go on computer.
