This ID does not exist (pls help me)

my account was deleted by someone and I no longer have access to my account I filled out the recovery form several times with the correct information and I never got a response. it must have been 2-3 months since I tried to recover it but nothing I ask the admin (Arelena) but never answers please help me. (my account 1191548224)
