Error : game.dat stopped responding

I just download Block man go on my pc and it was succesful but when i clicked on bedwars and clicked play it opened blockman go but then it opened another widow of blockman go after some time the first one disappeared but the secod one said game.dat stopped responding and it crashed please help.
there is another topic like this but it was in portugue i translated it but it dosent worked pls help
