Mysterious Domain Name...

So as you all know, the domain name for this page is forum.blockmango.net
But I recently found another domain which took me to the same page
forum.blockmanmobile.net
Before I continue to that site, Is that site official?

It literally cannot be accessed by just typing the address
This is how I managed to access it- created a new account in bmgo
- Signed in with the same acc bmgo Forums
When I did that, it redirected me to forum.blockmanmobile.net

It is same forum BUT in August
It is not the same server
It is like the past self of this site
For example, a post that happened 27 days ago here, was made just 2 minutes ago in that website. That website is very wierd
