Items that makes unfair for new players

#1 flame, rapid resuscitation and privilege of prop. These privileges makes game unfair for new players.
#2 Lucky draw. This makes game easier for rich players. Please remove it.
#3 Leeching and damage reduce runes. These runes are so op please remove it or make it weaker.
#4 Farm kill. Please make this: when player kill another player, he cannot kill him for 20 seconds.
