How to retrieve (unbound) account, that accidentally switched account.

You see, I've been playing the game for a long time but my account is unbound (since I played the game few years ago and played it again this year with new updates) and I accidentally switched account since I want to top up to get Gcubes, and boom I cant enter my account. I have my ID, but not the password.
Is there anyway I can retrieve it??
