My app won't go away

My blockman pc app does not want to delete, one day I uninstalled it and the app stayed, the program has been removed and everything but that and when I want to uninstall it, its program does not appear or something to delete it

go to start, right click Blockman go, go to "More" then click file location and delete it from there and if it is still there, go to OneDrive and delete it, also delete the client (go to where you can see how much space your pc has then click it and delete the whole file of client
