A hacker stole my account

Dear Sir/Madam,
A hacker stole my son's BlockManGo account.
The acount EZREAL1639 was stolen on October the 11th of 2020. The hacker renamed it to _Xtechno (a friend still had it in his list).
I want to know if BLOCKMANGO or SANDBOX can help us recover this account (it has ~$70 in it) or if I should raise it with on other place or if I should contact the police/cyber crime entity).I am expecting to be contaced via the email that was registered on my son's account: H******1@gmail.com
