Why Cant I Get Into A Game On Blockmango with my pc?

So basically i have downloaded the main app and everything that needed to be downloaded in order for me to play games but then a few days later it started not letting me join any single game which is so frustrating and the worst part is that i always play the game: pls help me

@DOGBOY123 Please upload the client.log and old_engine_pc.log under C:\blockmango-client\client\document , also make sure your anti virus is off it could be causing the problem
