my game not starting :(

So normally when i click the game there will be a message saying :do u want to launch this program ? : and there will be a yes or no option below it so ussually when u click that yes the game starts by itself
but before some days when i click "yes" the game doesn't starts it says to download it i have downloaded the game many times still no use
pls tell me a solution for this and is pc updated ? ( note: this happens to the games in which u can free look the games in which u must drag the mouse to look around u dont have this problem ) anyway plssssssssssss tell me a solution

Please copy and paste the '%LOCALAPPDATA%\BlockmanGo' to the file explorer
and upload:- client.log in the client\document folder
- launcher.log in the launcher folder
Upload these three files to other website and share the link to us, thanks

i didnt understand i am only 12 my dad is not here or else he would have done something so what should i do with those 3 files

@Allizwel002 i found the client folder and launcher folder now should i paste "client.log " in client folder and "launcher.log " in launcher folder ? if yes then what should i do with %LOCALAPPDATA% thing ?
and what did u mean by upload these three files to other websites ?

u dont know how much i have uninstalled and re-installed all the files litterally every thing
