Mouse lock on my screen and doesn't help when I press ~ on my keyboard

I am able to download blockman go on pc, but I can't purchase items as my mouse is still locked on my screen. It doesn't work even though I pressed ~ . Is there anything wrong with it? Is it a bug or my pc's problem?

I always try to press ~ to be able to pin the mouse pointer to the screen, it never worked for me and I'm looking for a way to fix it, and if you're wondering, no. It's not my pc's problem, I think it's the game because I even tried it with an on-screen keyboard
